Please Note: All returned and exchanged items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with original tags attached and all original packaging included.
Returns & Exchanges for Full-Priced Items
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on full-priced items from the date of purchase. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges for Sale/Clearance Items
All sale and clearance purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
For your convenience, you can initiate most returns and exchanges directly through our online portal at snuggle-bugz.com. Please have your order number and email address ready.
Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain products. These include, but are not limited to:
- Opened or used breast pumps and parts (as per Health Canada regulations)
- Baby bottles, nipples, and soothers for hygiene reasons
- Opened underwear, maternity wear, and swimwear
- Personal care items
- Custom-made, personalized, or special order items
- Mattresses for hygiene reasons
- Digital thermometers for hygiene reasons
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Your happiness is paramount. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Return Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your return once it is received at our warehouse. After processing, please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. To start an exchange, please visit snuggle-bugz.com. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
For returns that are not a result of our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Online Purchases Returned In-Store
You may return online purchases to our physical store locations. Please bring your order confirmation email or a copy of your packing slip for a smoother process. The return must be within the 30-day window and adhere to all other policy guidelines. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Gift Returns
Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit. Please start your return at snuggle-bugz.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it has been confirmed processed on our end, please first check with your bank or credit card company.
